Some customers who installed Titan FTP Server or Cornerstone MFT Server between November 2008 and January 2009 may have received an invalid registration code that was accidentally included in the installation program. This invalid registration code is due to expire, which will cause your server to stop working. It is required that you check, and update if necessary, your registration code to ensure that your server continues to run properly.
You must replace the invalid registration code with your valid registration code that was included in the body of your original registration email from South River Technologies, Regsoft, or an authorized reseller.
If you have not renewed your support agreement, please contact Technical Support at the following e-mail address: support@southrivertech.com ; otherwise, follow the instructions below.
If your registration was completed via Regsoft, your original email will be from “registration@regsoft.com”. In this email, your registration code will be referenced as a “69164 Serial Number” followed by a series of numbers and letters that begin with “56”. For example: “69164 Serial Number : 56-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx”. The serial number and registration code are located toward the bottom of your original registration email from Regsoft.
